Equipment introduction
The ZH-120 horizontal automatic cartoning machine is a high-tech product integrating electromechanical, pneumatic and optical integration. It is suitable for the automatic cartoning of blister-shaped capsules, tablets, blister with aluminum-plastic packaging and similar items. Its working process includes the transmission of medicine blisters or items (one blister at a time, adjustable); the transmission of drug leaflets (automatic folding of 1-4 folds can be performed); the automatic forming and transmission of boxes, and the simultaneous loading of medicine blisters and folded leaflets into the boxes; and the automatic completion of the complicated packaging process such as batch numbering and paper tongue sealing at both ends. The machine can be connected with the blister packaging machine and labeling machine to form a packaging production line.

3. Automatically display faults, cartoning speed and finished product count.
4. Automatically detect the missing and rejecting functions of medicine blisters (products) and leaflets.
5. Stable performance, easy to understand operation.
6. Do not attach the leaflet without the product, and do not attach the box without the leaflet.
7. When there is no product or the product is not in place, the machine will idle without pushing the product. When the product supply is restored, it will run automatically. If the product is not in place, it will stop automatically.
8. The machine will automatically stop if there is no box or leaflet.
9. Convenient to change different product specifications.
10. The main transmission has an overload protection device.
11. This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with blister packaging machine, labeling machine and other equipment to form a complete production line.
