This machine is single-press high-speed rotary tablet press machine that presses granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and electronic industries to press difficult-to-form materials.
Main feature:
The outer cover shell is fully enclosed, and the parts in contact with the powder are made of 316 stainless steel. The punch holes are equipped with professional anti-seepage oil and dust-proof devices for easy disassembly to ensure the maintainability of the equipment. The overall design adopts safe and reliable sealing and dust-proof design materials, and the surface of the turntable is covered with a hardened layer, which can keep the turntable surface from being easily worn and meets GMP requirements.
Equipped with tempered glass doors and windows and equipped with stainless steel door frames, it not only increases the beauty but also increases the rigidity of the door.
The control system adopts PLC control, and the color touch screen displays the machine operation status online. It has automatic fault alarm and automatic parking functions, and provides "troubleshooting method" and other functions to facilitate rapid troubleshooting. All important production information can be displayed, printed and stored through USB flash drive.
The machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the motor is connected to the bottom plate to avoid the motor shaking during operation. The intermittent small flow quantitative automatic lubrication system automatically lubricates the upper and lower rails and punches to reduce rail wear. It is equipped with a pressure overload protection device. When the pressure is overpressured, it can protect the punch and automatically shut down.
The high-precision pressure sensor has an amplifier with gain and self-test functions, which realizes reliable tablet pressure detection and tablet weight control system of the tablet press.
